Return and Exchange Policy

Time Frame

  • All purchases made directly from Wrightsock are viable for returns 1 year after purchase.

  • Returns from stores other than Wrightsock may be refused depending on return request and whether the original purchase was made from a licensed Wrightsock distributor.

Excessive or Abusive Returns

We monitor return activity to ensure fairness for all customers.

We reserve the right to:
Deny returns or exchanges if we detect repetitive, excessive, or abusive return patterns

Limit or suspend return privileges associated with an account or individual

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • High-frequency returns inconsistent with typical product use
  • Returns of heavily worn products beyond reasonable testing
  • Patterns that suggest misuse of return policy or implication of bad faith requests

Lost Items

Wrightsock is not responsible for items that are "lost" or "missing". Return requests that do not return the items will be rejected as Wrightsock requires the returned items as a measure of good faith.

To issue a return request please follow the bullet points below and use the contact box at the bottom of the page

  • Please use the same name and email address used for the order
  • Please provide a brief explanation to the reason for your return request (for our records)
  • Please include what your request in exchange for (refund, size exchange, wrong color, etc.)
