Fiber Content

  • Inner Layer: 70% Recycled Polyester, 26% Nylon, 4% Spandex
  • Outer Layer: 71% Recycled Polyester, 24% Nylon, 5% Spandex

The majority of the Coolmesh II Crew sock fiber content is made with Recycled Polyester. Recycled polyester yarns are made from recyclable plastic bottles, helping you enjoy blister-free runs, walks, and hikes while protecting the trails beneath your feet. 

Double Layer Seamless Toe

Wrightsock's Double Layer styles offer a seamless toe like most performance socks do these days; however, as you can see on the below images, Wrightsock's seamless toe looks a bit different. This is due to the required attachments that connect the inner and outer layers together for our Double Layer system.

Even though it looks a bit odd, our seamless toe acts and feels the same on your foot as any other seamless toe design.

Great socks but tight

I have been wearing cool mesh socks for over 10 years. I love them but the miost recent soxs have been too tight even though I order my usual size, men’s large.
I recommend that you go a size up,

The cool mesh double layer socks really delivered! Walked over 110 miles in really hot weather from Porto to Vigo and these socks did their job so well… I did not get a single blister! Would highly recommend them!

I’ve been wearing this brand for a long time and I love the double sock lining. I’ve never had a blister while wearing these. They are comfortable in most temperatures with regular and hiking shoes/boots. They last a long time.

I bought my first Coolmesh double-layered socks more than 20 years ago, because blisters were preventing me from recreational running. I started with 2 pairs. That ended my foot blisters. So, I bought 3 more pairs — all the same color — and spent the next 10 years cycling through my Coolmesh socks on a daily basis. The socks simply didn’t wear out, even after years of use. I bought several more pairs 5 years ago, building my collection to a total of 15 pairs. I feel like Wrightsock is part of my family! Recently, I decided to try a different color, and they’re wonderful! I recommend these socks to everyone!

I was a bit disappointed with one of the socks as it had a small hole on the inside at the toe where the inner sock joined the liner and the outer sock seemed to be bumpy at the same place causing discomfort when hiking.
